NEW – Pakistan’s climate minister says country is facing a “crisis of injustice” and a “lopsided allocation of Green funding” as more flooding hits the country.

A former head of Pakistan’s central bank said the country needs an annual investment of $40 to $50bn until 2050 to meet its looming “climate change challenges.”
