In yet another case of a jewish criminal inexplicably released by President Donald Trump – (1) also certainly at the behest of his jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner – (2) we’ve recently been treated to the news that one Eliyahu – who prefers to be called ‘Eli’ – Weinstein has been convicted and imprisoned for running a huge Ponzi scheme – to the tune of $35 million – that he was involved with his fellow jews Aryeh Bromberg and Joel Wittels. (3)
Caitlin McCormack writing in the ‘New York Post’ summarizes the situation as follows:
‘A New Jersey man whose sentence was commuted by President Trump during the tail-end of his first term was imprisoned again on Friday for his third fraud conviction.
Eliyahu “Eli” Weinstein, a 51-year-old man who has also used the alias Mike Konig, was handed down a 37-year sentence in Trenton, NJ on Friday.
Prosecutors estimated he milked approximately $35 million from the woefully misguided investors, who Weinstein promised access to deals involving dwindling medical supplies, baby formula and first-aid kits intended to be sent to Ukraine, according to his most recent indictment.
US District Judge Michael Shipp, who was overseeing the case, also ruled that Weinstein must pay $44,294,803 in restitution, effective immediately, according to court documents.
In March, Weinstein was convicted on charges that he helped defraud dozens of investors.
The con artist’s prior two convictions, for which he was originally set to serve 24 years in prison, were commuted by Trump on Jan. 19, 2021 — his last day before leaving office during his first term.
Trump ordered that Weinstein be released on the measly eight years he’d served plus three years of supervised release, according to his indictment.
Prosecutors said that Weinstein leapt back into his old schemes soon after his release.
Weinstein wasn’t shy about his nefarious habits and plainly told his conspirators that he “finagled, and Ponzied, and lied to people to cover us,” according to court documents.
Weinstein’s first two convictions involved a real estate Ponzi scheme and another plot he committed while on pretrial release.’ (4)
Indeed, it turns out that Weinstein began the ‘Optimus Investments’ Ponzi scheme in Lakewood, New Jersey within six months of being unilaterally pardoned and released by Trump (5) and it wasn’t like Weinstein didn’t have form for immediately going back to con investors – primarily non-jews as best as I can work – out of their money since as the Associated Press explains:
‘This marked the third time Weinstein had been convicted in a New Jersey federal court for defrauding investors. The first case involved a real estate Ponzi scheme, and the second stemmed from additional fraud he committed while on pretrial release.
For those latter two cases, which resulted in combined losses to investors of approximately $230m, Weinstein was sentenced to 24 years in prison. On 19 January 2021, the day before leaving office during his first term, Trump commuted Weinstein’s term to time served after less than eight years into his sentence.’ (6)
And Kathleen Hopkins writing for the ‘Ashbury Park Press’ informs us that:
‘Prior to this case, Weinstein was twice convicted in federal court of defrauding investors out of a total $230 million. In 2014, he was sentenced to 22 years in prison in a $200 million real-estate Ponzi scheme from 2004 to 2011. His prison term was extended by two years for more fraud committed in 2014 while on pretrial release in the first case.’ (7)
So put another way: Weinstein was originally convicted in 2014 for running a $200 Ponzi scheme between 2004 and 2011 then between 2011 and 2014 while on bail pending trial Weinstein did it again and when Trump pardoned him in 2021, he should have known better but yet he still pardoned him and then Weinstein promptly did it yet again between 2021 and 2024/2025.
It is almost like he has form or something and why on earth would Trump use a presidential pardon on such a piece of human detritus as Weinstein unless there was an elephant in the room: Weinstein’s jewishness and the hugely influential position of jews in the Trump administration – both first and second – as well as in and around Washington D.C. in general.
