Many of you will remember this atrocious violation of free speech in Douglas County, Georgia when nearly a dozen armed sheriffs deputies threw a raid on a law-abiding couple for trumped up littering charges. You can refresh your memories with the first two articles linked below:

Now, I bring to you further updates, filings, and other relevant information pertaining to the case. First, the civil rights lawsuit that the Free Expression Foundation has filed on behalf of the Jacobs and Weaver was shot down in a lower level court, as the lovely judge there has decided to dismiss the case. They have since appealed to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing that the raid was carried out in the interest of viewpoint discrimination, the bond applied in the case was excessive, and Wallace’s actions in the case classify as premeditated intimidation. This appeal is a critical stand because if they are able to get the case all the way through to actual adjudication, it can set a massive legal precedent for all subsequent cases of its type. However, I do think that the corrupt officials will instead opt to settle if it comes to that… can’t have case law to use against the system in the future! In addition to the civil rights lawsuit filed on their behalf, the Jacobs and Weaver still have the illegitimate criminal case against them left to fight. After exhausting their statute of limitations to the tee in order to drag this all out, we finally seen actual filings from these scumbags. The case was set for trial by jury for December 26, 2025 and has now instead been pushed out to February 16, 2026. This has led to the December 18, 2025 filing of a General Demurrer and Support Brief on behalf of the Jacobs and Weaver, and let me tell you, their attorneys have really knocked this out of the park! As you can see, the lawyers handling this case have done a phenomenal job! The only thing left to do at this point is wait to see what these corrupt judicial officials do with this filing. The fact that this has been drug out for over two years is ridiculous. But this is what happens… this is what the system does to anyone who dares to speak out against them. This case exemplifies how corrupt local authorities serving special interests will weaponize minor statutes to silence dissent. Again, an armed raid for littering is unheard of. What began as a protected act of speech has escalated into a dual-front war being fought against the Jacobs and Weaver: a civil suit against the perpetrators and a criminal prosecution designed to bankrupt and intimidate them. One can only hope that they all come out on top, as they rightly should. No one should be politically persecuted in this way for calling out the Jewish political power structure while defendants in the same jurisdiction get slapped on the wrist for heinous sex crimes and other horrible charges.
