Aboriginal cyclist abuses women celebrating Australia Day: ‘I hope White genocide happens’

A shocked Australian woman has filmed the disturbing moment a young aboriginal man on a bicycle abused her and said he hoped for “White genocide”.

The shocked woman, called Rosie M on X, shared two videos of her encounter with the cyclist while she and a friend were celebrating Australia Day and flying flags in Hyde Park in central Sydney.

The first clip began by showing the man, who was wearing a T-shirt in the colours of the aboriginal flag with the words “justice now” and a black fist, asking the woman “why don’t you kill yourself?”

“I hope the White genocide does happen, because you guys are cunts,” he tells her.

“Fuck your flag, fuck this genocidal country. 2025, 2024, the highest years for aboriginal custody, and you just stand there like a fucking nobody, waving around your bullshit flag.”

In the second video the man can be heard yelling at the other woman before she says to him: “The land was not stolen, the land was traded in return for a built environment, so if you want to claim that the land was stolen, go naked into the bush and carve a fucking country out of the rock.”

The first woman then accused the man of trying to pull up their Australian flags, and the second woman said the flag represented her heritage, and said “I love aboriginal people”.

“You fucking slave owner fucking arsehole,” the man replied.

“This flag is a sign of colonialism and imperialism. You don’t love aboriginal people, you fucking hate aboriginal people.”

The confrontation occurred near an “invasion day” rally held in a different section of the park, where far-left extremist anti-Australian activists chanted “abolish the date [of Australia Day], abolish the state”, demanded “land back”, and described Australia as a “crime scene”.

The protest attracted a smaller crowd than in recent years, despite being attended by pro-Palestine demonstrators and a Communist, socialist and anarchist groups which set up stalls and sold merchandise. The far-left Greens party also had a tent at the event.
