The company, which supports over 2,600 systems globally across the UK, USA, and Australia, is a critical infrastructure provider for private hire and vehicle maintenance management. The threat actor listed the company on their extortion portal on January 29, 2026, claiming to have exfiltrated sensitive corporate data.
