Prefeitura Municipal de Caieiras, the executive body of the local government for the municipality of Caieiras in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, has allegedly been compromised in a massive data breach. The municipal government, responsible for the city’s public administration and essential services, purportedly had its systems infiltrated by a threat actor who is now offering the stolen data for sale on a dark web forum.
