A Palm Beach County woman has been arrested following an investigation into an alleged immigration fraud scheme that targeted people with immigration-related vulnerabilities.
According to investigators, the case began on March 20, 2026, after reports surfaced that Mitzy Mariel Farfan was falsely claiming to be an immigration attorney or someone affiliated with the court system in order to collect money from victims.
