The first is an ad for multiple positions at a Big Tech firm that lists zero specific educational requirements or requisite experience — but advises candidates to email their resume to an external immigration law firm for consideration (Fragomen). That makes clear the only thing they care about is the visa status of the applicant … discriminating against citizens. The second is an ad from LinkedIn that they paid to place in a newspaper because they claim they couldn’t source talent with citizens … even though their flagship offering is a candidate sourcing product and they have the professional profiles of most Americans in the labor market. The whole program is an absolute scam.
