Canadian nationalists demand remigration in Christmas protest: ‘Ho ho ho, they have to go’

A large group of Canadian nationalists wearing Santa hats have held a flash demonstration against immigration with a banner saying “All I want for Christmas is remigration”.

About 45 activists from men’s nationalist club Second Sons Canada, including one in a Santa Claus outfit, demonstrated in front of the SkyWheel at Niagara Falls, Ontario, at about 6pm on Saturday night.

Video of the protest shows the group marching past a Hooters chanting “ho ho ho, they have to go” and “ho ho ho, send them home” before unfurling the banner decorated with Christmas lights as dozens of curious onlookers watched on.

The group shared footage of the demonstration on its social media channels with the caption “I’m dreaming of a White Christmas”, and the slogan “our people, our home, our future”.

Niagara Falls has become a flashpoint for anger about immigration in Canada in recent years, and the demonstration was held at the same spot where radical Islamist pro-Palestinian protesters blocked roads in September, sparking fury from locals.

Khalistani Sikh separatist protesters also used the location to demand a Punjabi state and trampled Indian flags, and video from November shows a lone White Canadian counterprotester with a sign saying: “Honour our fallen, defend Canada’s future, remigration now.”

Human trafficking is up 700% in the region, Niagara police revealed earlier this month, while Canada spends hundreds of millions of dollars housing so-called asylum seekers that have flooded over the US border at hotels in Niagara Falls, and the mayor warned in April the city was “at breaking point” as a result.

The demonstration comes after Second Sons Canada activists protested against the far-left bias of state media broadcaster CBC, gathered in front of an iconic monument in the Niagara region to celebrate one of Canada’s most revered military leaders, and displayed “remigration now” banners from highways.

President Jeremy MacKenzie told Noticer News after the Major-General Isaac Brock monument rally that the group, which was already the largest nationalist organisation in the country, was then overwhelmed with membership applications.

The fraternal organisation, which was formed almost two years ago, requires members to meet minimum fitness standards, pass vetting and a background check, and be Canadian citizens of good character and conduct.
