An Aussie patriot who was bashed by far-left Antifa extremists at an anti-immigration rally in Melbourne last year has been warned by police not to attend an upcoming Australia Day march.
Dave Murphy, 56, was left with fractured ribs, spinal and facial injuries, and a concussion from the vicious and unprovoked assault after he was surrounded by a mob of ultra-violent counter-protesters while trying to join the March for Australia on August 31.
No arrests have made over the horrific attack, which was caught on video, including by corporate media outlets which either refused to cover the story or portrayed him as the aggressor.
No images of suspects were released by police, who Mr Murphy says have ignored him ever since the incident, except for one phone call in mid-September, and have not responded to any of his emails.

Video seen by Noticer News shows two officers who said they were from the “mental health unit” turning up at Mr Murphy’s home on Wednesday to tell him they were concerned about him due to his complaints about how the investigation has been handled.
“In relation to things you’ve been sending to one of our colleagues, he said you’ve sent some emails recently, that you’re a bit upset,” one of the officers said.
“Yeah, I’m rather upset that I’ve been attacked by over 15 people and been ignored totally since,” Mr Murphy responded.
The officer then said there were “issues with identifying” the attackers, to which Mr Murphy responded: “Bullshit, Channel 9 and Channel 10 have got it on high definition camera.
“It’s all bullshit, it’s only because I’m a White man,” he said.
He then brought up another case, which he has also complained to police about in messages seen by Noticer News, involving an African man who allegedly attacked him and his daughter.
In the messages Mr Murphy also asked why an Imam alleged attacked during a road rage incident had received a phone call from Premier Jacinta Allan, whereas he has been completely ignored despite the serious injuries he suffered in the politically motivated attack.
As he walked inside the officers called out to him to warn him against attending the March for Australia rally in Melbourne on Monday.
“Obviously, you know, you got injured last time so we just don’t want you getting in any trouble,” one of the officers said.
Mr Murphy, who is a butcher by trade and a carer for his 86-year-old father, was set upon by a mob of Antifa thugs while walking to the August 31 rally, leaving him covered with blood, with footage from multiple cameramen showing him being shoved, punched and kicked.
He told Noticer News at the time police stood by and did nothing, and video footage posted on social media showing numerous attacks on peaceful patriots by the far-left mob without police intervention.
Left-wing extremists threw tins of fruit, eggs, petrol and bottles of water at patriotic protesters, ambushed several as they were returning to their vehicles, and vandalised their cars while using an aboriginal squatter camp in the Kings Domain as a base.
Two weeks later more patriotic protesters were attacked in the same spot while driving home from a different rally.
No far-left activists have been arrested over any of the attacks, but police charged more than a dozen then-members of the National Socialist Network who allegedly fought back, including former leader Thomas Sewell, who spent 72 days in solitary confinement before being released on bail.
