Medoucine.com, a French online platform connecting users with certified practitioners in holistic and alternative therapies, has allegedly been compromised. An unauthorized individual on a cybercrime forum claims to be selling a database containing the personal information of 813,866 people registered on the site. The records reportedly belong to the patients of approximately 6,500 practitioners who use the platform for booking and online guidance.
According to the actor, the database contains 653,982 unique email addresses and 804,983 unique phone numbers. The allegedly compromised data includes:
