The ALP-001 ransomware group claims to have breached Esprinet (PRT), a wholesale distributor of IT and consumer electronics operating in Italy and Spain. Generating an estimated $4.5 billion in revenue, the company serves approximately 40,000 reseller customers and supplies 600 different brands. The threat actors have set a countdown of just over nine days before the compromised information is potentially leaked or sold on their classified channel.
