A Venezuelan man accused of pretending to be a teenager while attending Perrysburg High School is facing new charges for alleged sex crimes involving minors.
Anthony Labrador-Sierra was charged with pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person on March 25, court filings show. He’s scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
Additional information surrounding the new sex crime allegations are unknown.
Labrador-Sierra was already sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation earlier this year on federal forgery and perjury charges.
Those charges stem from allegations he used a fake birth certification to get the school district to admit him as a juvenile student when he was actually an adult. The perjury charge stems from alleged sworn statements he made about his age and legal status.
He had also pleaded guilty to four other charges: possession of a firearm by an alien unlawfully in the United States, false statement during purchase of a firearm and two counts of making or using false writings or documents.
A previous court filing said he’s court-ordered to have no contact with any student at Perrysburg High School.
