The Administrative Services Centre of the city of Ternopil (TsNAP), a government digital front office that allows residents to register in electronic queues, view service schedules, and access administrative, passport, and permitting services, has allegedly been compromised. An unidentified threat actor is currently attempting to sell the organization’s database on a dark web forum for $100.
