A prominent right-wing activist has been jailed for one month for splashing milk on two left-wing photo-journalists who tried to gatecrash a nationalist event in Melbourne and kicking their car.
Jimeone Roberts, 33, faced court by videolink from Victoria’s Loddon Prison on Monday where the father-of-one was convicted of two counts of unlawful assault and two counts of criminal damage over the incident in Ballan in August last year.
He was sentenced to 30 days imprisonment, to be served concurrently with his ongoing 60-day jail term for “offensive and insulting behaviour” for non-violent confrontations with a Sri Lankan immigrant at a dog park and refugee advocates outside a shopping centre in 2024, extending his release date by 11 days.

Video shows the pair of activist journalists attempting to drive into the venue where the now-disbanded National Socialist Network was holding its Winter Nationals meet, which was attended by about 300 people and included a march through Melbourne’s CBD at midnight on August 8.
They were blocked by several attendees, and footage from a documentary on the event shows Roberts asking the pair “do you like milk?” before spraying them through the window, and then kicking one of the car’s wing mirrors before it sped away.
The leftist photographers had previously attended a meeting point in nearby Bacchus Marsh where supporters of the White Australia movement were being picked up and transported to the event, and later shared images of NSN members and supporters and a small group for far-left extremist protesters.
Roberts was transferred to Loddon Prison earlier this month and his wife told Noticer News he was briefly taken out of solitary confinement on arrival but was returned to isolation after joking during a phone call that he would start running prison seminars on his political ideology.
He has since had his contact visits cancelled, has had his access to books and writing materials revoked, and has not been allowed outside of his cell to exercise.
In 2022 Roberts was rushed to hospital with a serious neck wound after being attacked with a bottle by a group of African and Middle Eastern thugs in Melbourne’s CBD, but no arrests were made despite the offenders being caught on CCTV, and the corporate media ignored the assault.
Roberts’ friends have started a GiveSendGo to help support his family while he is behind bars.
