Germany: Yemeni migrant murders mother of 6 by stabbing her in the back in ‘cowardly attack’

In the German city of Krailling, located in Bavaria, a migrant out of Yemen stabbed his wife to death, the mother of six children. The family had only recently arrived in Germany when the murder took place, all because the woman wanted a divorce.

The suspect, 36-year-old Danon G., came to Germany in 2022 and managed to get his entire family into Bavaria two months ago. However, it was not long before he was arrested for the murder of his wife. It remains unclear from the reports if any of the children were his or not.

Police say he repeatedly stabbed her in the back and delivered fatal neck wounds inside their home on June 15, according to Bild newspaper, which described it as a “cowardly attack..”

Now, the suspect is standing trial.

The victim, Hezam S., had already frequently contacted the police regarding her husband’s violence since she arrived in Germany.

Despite a police restraining order and a subsequent court order, Danon G. reportedly continued to appear at the family’s address. Hezam S. had decided to pursue a divorce.

Danon G. then showed up at the family home and one of the woman’s sons opened the door for him. Once inside, he stabbed his wife to death. After the murder, Danon G. ran out onto the street covered in the woman’s blood.

The other five children were not present at the scene of the murder. They were at an apartment in Munich, where Danon G. had been staying with his brother.
