The Justice Department said 10 Indian nationals have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Boston in connection with a conspiracy to carry out staged armed robberies to get visas. All of them were previously charged by criminal complaint in March 2026. In a fresh update in the case, the department said that all 10 were previously released on conditions. Now they are subject to deportation upon completion of any sentence imposed. All of them are illegals in the US.
