A male paedophile who sexually abused his five-year-old daughter is being held in a women’s prison in Victoria because he claims to be “transgender”, and will spend only 2.5 years behind bars before being released.
The evil dad, who cannot be legally identified, was anonymised as “Hilary Maloney” and referred to as a woman by the state’s woke courts while being sentenced in the County Court in August last year to four years and nine months’ imprisonment with a non-parole period of two years and six months.
The then-24-year-old pleaded guilty to persistent sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16, producing child abuse material for use through a carriage service, and using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material, for photographing and filming himself abusing his young daughter and sending the files to an American paedophile named Samuel Booth he was in a “master/slave” relationship with online.
Despite the horrific nature of Maloney’s crimes, Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis – whose brother Kon is a far-left open borders activist – emphasised that he was “suffering from gender dysphoria and also depression”, described him as “trans”, and said he would face difficulties in custody during sentencing.
Maloney is now being held at the Dame Phyllis Frost Correctional Centre in Melbourne’s west, Reduxx reported, a facility which caused controversy in 2022 for housing a male inmate who claims to be a woman and has a history of committing violent sexual assaults against actual women.
His offences are too graphic to describe, but prosecutors presented 19 files showing Maloney sexually abuse his daughter during a 20-day period, on one occasion asking the girl if she “liked it”, to which she answered “no”.
But despite describing the offending as “unreservedly abhorrent”, the judge accepted testimony from forensic psychiatrist Dr Rajan Darjee who presented Maloney as a female and determined that he was motivated only to please his “dominant male” lover and not be personal sexual gratification.
“This pattern of sexual abuse is one which a more dominant male pressurises, manipulates and/or coerces a female who has access to a child, usually her own, to sexually abuse that child and/or to make that child available to him to sexually abuse,” Dr Darjee said in a report.
“The person who drives this offending is the dominant male who is able to use a vulnerable female to do what he is sexually motivated to achieve.”
Judge Karapanagiotidis also ruled that Maloney’s moral culpability was reduced as a result of Dr Darjee’s report and his lawyer’s claim that he had a “personal history of isolation and neglect and the harm associated with being a trans child growing up in an isolated and transphobic environment”.
Referring to Maloney as a women, Dr Darjee wrote: “She felt the man she connected with cared for and was nice to her, and due to her low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness, loneliness, submissiveness and desperation to be noticed and cared for, it was easy for him to pick up on her vulnerability and manipulate her into the master/slave relationship where he took control of her life.
“He then involved her in sexual exchanges and then coerced her to sexually abuse her daughter and take videos and photos to share with him. She was not inherently motivated by deviant sexual interests or any other motive, except doing what he told her and keeping him happy, to sexually abuse her daughter.”
Judge Karapanagiotidis accepted these conclusions and said in sentencing: “Given Booth’s manipulation and coercion and your vulnerabilities, you were much less able to make objectively the right and healthy choices.”
The victim’s mother, who was accepting of Maloney when he started falsely claiming to be a woman and taking hormones, told the court her daughter was profoundly impacted by the abuse, which caused behavioural problems.
“To have a child with someone and have your trust in them, even after breaking up and co-parenting, and then find out they’ve done these things,” said said.
“I am just constantly in fear, thinking if her own father could do this to her, what stops a stranger from doing the same? This has completely ruined my trust in others.”
The sentencing came in the same month as another “transgender” paedophile Dean Angus Bell was charged with directing a child sex abuse ring from inside all-male Junee prison in New South Wales.
