Summary: We’ve long warned that Sky News and the Murdoch press in general are no friends of the right. They can’t even get biological sex right.
Sky News still some decent commentators on in the evening (they know who they are), but in general the channel has totally betrayed its audience since October 7 with relentless pro-Israel propaganda, to the extent that formerly loyal viewers now call it Sky Jews.
But the channel’s pro-Israel bias makes its latest decision all the more bizarre, and revealing – today cancelling ardent Zionist Freya Leach’s “free speech” show because she had a guest who made non-politically correct comments about Muslims, comments that most of its viewers would have enjoyed, agreed with, or at the very least not been offended by.

We don’t know what percentage of Sky’s dwindling viewership are Muslim, if they even have any at all, but we can guess it’s close to zero while a supermajority are anti-woke, anti-cancel culture and anti-Islam.
So if the cancellation was not made for the viewers, and if it didn’t contradict Murdoch’s pro-Israel party line, then why do it?
Clearly Sky News Australia, like every other Australian mainstream media outlet, is run by leftists and/or cuckservative cowards. A spokesperson said there was a “thorough internal review” resulting in “appropriate action”.
At this point News Corp and the Murdochs are more of an enemy of the right than the openly left-wing press, as like their containment right bedfellows they provide an outlet for anger against “wokeness going too far” while constantly punching right and using leftist language and tactics.
Don’t reward them with views and clicks.
