First of all, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to those of you who have signed up here to my Substack, especially those of you who have kindly signed up as paid members, especially since I haven’t even really talked about what I’m going to be doing on here yet! It really does all go a long way after the YouTube ban during this very difficult transition period.
I had a lot of plans going forward with YouTube and I’m currently sat in a room full of unpacked boxes containing the books required for probably about five years worth of content. None of my actual content itself will change, but where it’s posted and such will of course (obviously) and so I figured I’d tell you what I’m actually going to be working on.
The main change going forwards will be that my content will now be completely viewer-funded. My audience has always been extremely generous with me which I’ve always presumed was due to me discussing topics which most people won’t touch and that’s always meant an awful lot to me. Every time someone becomes a paid sub (or Patreon in the past) I’m usually at a loss for words as to what to actually say to them, it really does change my life and allow me to make these videos.

Going forwards my videos will be posted to Substack and Rumble, but the former will be my new ‘main’ platform and the following benefits will be given to Paid Subs, who, after all, are the ones which make my work possible.

Bibliographical Essay: After every big project I will release a lengthy bibliographical essay in which I go over every single book I read in the making of the project and give my in depth thoughts and recommendations, essentially a gigantic book review. (To use the Rhodesia project again as an example, there will be well over 50 books to go through for you all and give you my thoughts.)

The questions can be about the topic of the video itself or whatever else you’d like to ask. Anything goes.

Upcoming Projects
Below is some but by no means all of what’s to come over the coming years. The way I tend to do things is to always have one big project on the go, for example previously I had my series on the life of Adolf Hitler which spanned 26 episodes, my Spanish Civil War deep dive or my 7 hour long biography on Benito Mussolini. Whilst I do these big projects I make smaller videos related to the same topic.
My current big project, for example, is the Complete History of Rhodesia. The actual video itself will more than likely be well over 12 hours long but in the meantime whilst I work on that I’ve created a biography of Cecil Rhodes, a biography of Frederick Russell Burnham, a video examining Rhodesian demographics, a video examining Rhodesian immigration policies, a short overview of misconceptions about Rhodesia as well as videos on Operations Dingo and Gatling.
So for all future projects below you can expect many more videos relating to each project topic and also lots of other ‘random’ videos which I haven’t listed, but what I have planned currently is as follows:
The Complete History of Rhodesia
This is a project which I’ve been working on since the end of 2024 and it has seemingly endlessly expanded ever since to the point where I’ve also agreed to have the video (with some adjustments) published as a book next year. I am well into it now however and essentially almost done. Considering the length I’m considering just publishing this in parts, so I may well post the first part soon and be done by early 2026. I also have a couple more related videos such as a history of the Selous Scouts and most likely a video on Operation Eland to complete as well. As mentioned above, the final product will be over 12 hours long, so grab your popcorn!
The Complete Life of Joseph Goebbels
This project thankfully won’t take me anywhere near as long as the Rhodesia topic and so sometime in presumably early-mid 2026 I’ll have a multi-hour video covering the Complete Life of Joseph Goebbels for you.
The Complete Life of Oswald Mosley
One of my most requested topics! I’m not sure whether I’ll be doing the above Goebbels project first or this one on Oswald Mosley, but either way, like the above, this will be with you sometime in early-mid 2026 and there will be a few related videos such as a short ‘myth’ video talking about Mosley’s perception in history vs reality as well as a video on the Battle of Cable Street and the falsehoods surrounding it.
Modern German ‘Trilogy’ – The Complete History of Imperial Germany, The Complete History of Weimar Germany and The Complete History of the Third Reich
This has been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and would obviously be an absolutely gigantic project which would presumably take up at least a couple of years. Each third of the trilogy would have an absolute ton of related videos and I don’t think there is anything quite like this in the amount of depth I’d be going into available at this time.
A Complete History of the British Empire
If the above project was gigantic then I’m not sure what I’d describe this project as. This is obviously some way off, but this would be the project closest to my heart and clearly it would have to be done as separate parts using logical ‘breaks’ in Imperial history. Obviously the beginning would be the American colonies and I’d go from there, but in terms of how exactly I’d break the project up and what videos would accompany it etc is something I’d think of nearer the time. I also think this would naturally lead to a Complete History of the United States (and Australia, Canada and New Zealand) sometime down the road, but we’re getting a little ahead of ourselves here. This is years away, but something to look forward to!
As noted above, all of this will be mixed in with other ‘random’ videos that aren’t some extremely long project, so you won’t just be waiting around for half a year with no content or anything like that.
