Polish Law and Justice (PiS) MEP and former Minister of Interior Mariusz Kamiński gave an interview on Channel Zero on the massive threat posed to Europe by illegal migration.
“The suicidal migration policy pursued by the German state attracted crowds of people from the Middle East and North Africa like a magnet, who began to look for a place for their new life here. Ladies and gentlemen, Europe is truly in mortal danger, “ he told listeners, according to wPolityce.

He also praised Polish citizens who are trying to support the Border Guard in protecting the Polish-German border.
“Everyone can see that. And our citizens here on the border, they act under the influence of what they see happening in Europe,” he said, adding that there is still hope, as the situation can be turned around.
“After all, we are not a closed island. They do not want all these terrible social, economic, political, cultural problems to reach our country. We have a chance to stop it.”
Kaminski noted that the citizens joining forces to take on border protection are not only from the right. This is not a party issue but a Polish one, the MEP emphasized.
“We have a sick situation. The Polish state, the Polish government has abdicated from protecting the western border of our country. People have taken matters into their own hands out of a sense of desperation, despair, but at the same time with a sense of some kind of national dignity, and precisely this citizenship best understood. Yes, there are also people associated with political parties, with Law and Justice, with the Confederation, but there are very many ordinary citizens, local activists, local social activists who do not want all that is happening in Europe at the moment, which is a fact that no one questions,” Kaminski said.
Emphasizing the issue of integration, or the lack thereof, he added: “This is the biggest political and social problem in Europe at the moment. This is a huge number of illegal migrants who do not integrate with our communities. All boundaries have been crossed.”
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Donald Tusk sharply criticized the Law and Justice (PIS) party and the Confederation party, saying that they were encouraging “militias” at the German border, accusing them of “attacking” the Polish state.
In a post on X, Tusk wrote, “The more the Polish state regains control of its borders, the more it is attacked by PiS, Confederation, and their militias. First, they let in hundreds of thousands of migrants from Asia and Africa, making money on visas, and now they are trying to paralyze our Border Guard. We will not allow this.”
Following several days of intense pressure from the opposition, the Border Defense Movement, and some media outlets, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Tuesday that Poland would reintroduce temporary border controls with Germany and Lithuania starting July 7.
